Mesothelioma symptoms

Most cases of Mesothelioma affect the lungs, so not surprisingly, coughing or breathing difficulties are a major symptom, along with chest pains.

Where the disease is found in other parts of the body, abdominal pain and weight loss can occur; and in severe cases, tumours may develop along with blood clotting in the veins.

A significant problem with identifying Mesothelioma is that it may remain latent for up to 25 years, and there may be no readily identifiable symptoms at all during the early stages.
